Using Firstline Points
You can use your Firstline Points to pay for food and drinks at any partner restaurant.
1 Firstline Point = 1 AED (or equivalent local currency)
How to Pay
- Dine at a partner restaurant
- Ask for the bill
- Tell your server you want to use Firstline Points
- The server will apply your points to your bill
- Pay any remaining balance with card or cash
Full or Partial Payment
You can choose to:
- Pay fully with points (if you have enough)
- Pay partially with points + card/cash
Example:
- Your bill: 500 AED
- Your points: 200
- Pay 200 with points + 300 with card
Where Can I Use Points?
Points can be used at any Firstline partner restaurant, not just where you earned them.
Do Points Expire?
No. Your points never expire as long as your account is active.
⚠️ If you delete your account, all points are permanently lost.
Can I Convert Points to Cash?
No. Points can only be used for payment at partner restaurants. They cannot be withdrawn as cash.
