How Tiers Work
Firstline has 4 VIP levels based on your total spending at partner restaurants. The more you spend, the higher your tier — and the more benefits you unlock.
Your tier upgrades automatically as you reach each spending threshold.
Tier Levels

| 🥉 Bronze | 0 – 49,999 |
| 🥈 Silver | 50,000 – 149,999 |
| 🥇 Gold | 150,000 – 449,999 |
| 💎 Platinum VIP | 450,000+ |

- Your current tier is displayed below your points balance
- See progress toward the next tier
Tier Benefits
Each restaurant may offer different benefits for each tier level. To see specific benefits at a restaurant:
- Open the Map tab
- Tap on a restaurant
- View tier benefits on the restaurant page
How to Level Up
Your tier is based on total lifetime spending at partner restaurants. To reach the next tier:
- Keep dining at partner restaurants
- Your spending is tracked automatically
- Tier upgrades happen instantly when you reach the threshold
Do Tiers Expire?
Tiers are recalculated annually from the date you reached your current tier.
- Your tier year starts when you move to a new tier level
- After 12 months, your tier is recalculated based on spending during that period
- Keep dining at partner restaurants to maintain or upgrade your tier
