What are VIP Credits?
VIP Credits are Firstline Points you earn for your own spending at partner restaurants.
Every time you pay at a partner restaurant, you automatically receive VIP Credits as a percentage of your bill.
How Much Do I Earn?
The percentage varies by restaurant. Each partner restaurant sets their own VIP Credits rate.
Example:
- Bâoli Dubai offers 3% VIP Credits
- You spend 1,000 AED
- You earn 30 VIP Credits
How to Check the Rate
- Open the Map tab in the app
- Tap on a restaurant pin
- The restaurant card shows the current VIP Credits rate
When Do I Receive VIP Credits?
VIP Credits are credited automatically after:
- You pay your bill at the restaurant
- The restaurant marks your reservation as complete (typically after you leave)
This usually takes a few hours after your visit.
Important: Phone Number Must Match
Your phone number in Firstline must exactly match the phone number on your restaurant reservation.
If they don't match, the system can't link your visit to your account, and you won't receive points.
Where to See My VIP Credits
Open the Wallet tab to see:
- Your total Firstline Points balance
- Transaction history with all VIP Credits earned
