What are Automatic Posts?
When you pay at a partner restaurant, Firstline automatically creates a post about your visit. This post:
- Appears in your feed
- Shows the restaurant you visited
- Displays dishes you ordered
- Is visible to your friends
Why Automatic Posts Matter
Automatic posts are the foundation of the Royalties program:
- You dine → Automatic post is created
- Friends see your post and what you enjoyed
- Friends visit the same restaurant
- You earn Royalties from their spending
When is a Post Created?
A post is created after:
- You pay your bill
- The restaurant marks your visit as complete
This typically happens within a few hours after you leave the restaurant.
What's Included in the Post
Your automatic post shows:
- Restaurant name and brand
- Photos of dishes you ordered
- Date of your visit
Who Can See My Posts?
Your posts are visible to:
- Your Firstline friends
- Members of the restaurant's community
- Users who follow you
You can manage privacy in Settings → Privacy settings.
💡 Pro Tip: Be Active!
While Royalties come from automatic posts, creating your own content (photos, stories) helps you attract more followers and increase your chances of earning Royalties.
