Check this first:
- What phone number did you use for your reservation?
- Is it the same number you registered with in Firstline?
If they're different, the system can't link your visit to your account.
How to Fix
- For future visits: Always use your Firstline phone number when making reservations
- Contact the restaurant to update the phone number on your reservation

When to Expect Points
