I Think I Received Wrong Amount of Points
Step 1: Check the Transaction Details
- Open the Wallet tab
- Find the transaction in question
- Tap to see full details: items ordered, prices, total amount, points earned
Step 2: Understand the Calculation
VIP Credits formula:
Points = Bill amount × Restaurant's VIP Credits rate
Example:
- Bill: 1,000 AED
- VIP Credits rate: 3%
- Points earned: 30
Step 3: Check What's Included
Included in calculation:
- ✅ Food and drinks
- ✅ Service charges
Not included:
- ❌ Tips
- ❌ Complimentary items (price = 0)
Step 4: Verify the Rate
Reward rates vary by restaurant. Check the current rate in the Map tab.
Note: The rate at the time of your visit applies, even if it has changed since.
